Hakali Pro sticks warranty and return policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Hakali Pro sticks come with a 14-day warranty starting from the date of purchase.<\/p>

Warranty cases are always assessed on a case-by-case basis together with the factory.
As a general rule, we repair broken sticks. If the stick cannot be repaired to a usable condition, we will deliver a new stick to the customer. If the same model is not in stock, we will offer a similar replacement or issue a refund.
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to warranty processing. The stick can be replaced once per purchase.
The warranty does not cover stick breakage if:<\/p>

  • the damage has been caused by an external impact (e.g. hitting a post)<\/li>
  • a shot has been blocked with the stick<\/li>
  • there are skate cuts at the point of breakage<\/li>
  • the stick has been used for something other than playing<\/li>
  • the stick has already been replaced under warranty once<\/li><\/ul>

    For warranty matters, we kindly ask you to provide:<\/p>

    • at least three clear photos of the damage
      • one of the photos must be a cross-sectional image<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • a photo of the stick shaft\u2019s serial number<\/li>
      • receipt of purchase<\/li>
      • a short description of the situation in which the stick broke<\/li>
      • an estimate of the stick\u2019s hours of use<\/li><\/ul>

        Stock products have a 14-day right of return in accordance with consumer protection law, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. A \u20ac14 handling fee will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
