Hakali Pro sticks warranty and return policy
Hakali Pro sticks come with a 14-day warranty starting from the date of purchase.
Warranty cases are always assessed on a case-by-case basis together with the factory.
As a general rule, we repair broken sticks. If the stick cannot be repaired to a usable condition, we will deliver a new stick to the customer. If the same model is not in stock, we will offer a similar replacement or issue a refund.
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to warranty processing. The stick can be replaced once per purchase.
The warranty does not cover stick breakage if:
- the damage has been caused by an external impact (e.g. hitting a post)
- a shot has been blocked with the stick
- there are skate cuts at the point of breakage
- the stick has been used for something other than playing
- the stick has already been replaced under warranty once
For warranty matters, we kindly ask you to provide:
- at least three clear photos of the damage
- one of the photos must be a cross-sectional image
- a photo of the stick shaft’s serial number
- receipt of purchase
- a short description of the situation in which the stick broke
- an estimate of the stick’s hours of use

Stock products have a 14-day right of return in accordance with consumer protection law, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. A €14 handling fee will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customized and made-to-order products have no exchange or return right.
