Delivery terms

Hakali Pro Oy 3529390-7 (hereinafter the online store) sells products to private individuals in Finland. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include value-added tax (VAT).

Ordering

Products are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is placed by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online store’s checkout. By placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, the product prices, and the shipping costs. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation will show the ordered products and the price.

Payment

The online store’s payment service provider is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made through Visma Pay’s online service, and Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy will appear as the payee on your bank statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online merchant.

In addition, payment services are provided by Flatpay ApS – branch (business ID 3327270-7), which offers card payment services.

Payment is secure, as all transaction-related information is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no external party can see the details of the payment.

The contract is formed between the online store and the customer. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment methods

Through Visma Pay and Flatpay services, you can pay using online banking credentials, digital wallets, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice, or installment payment. The available payment methods include: OP Financial Group, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Savings Bank, Savings Bank, Aktia, local cooperative banks, S-Bank, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Siirto, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard.

MobilePay (A €2 payment method surcharge applies): You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online store payments in the app settings. Payments made with MobilePay are charged to the payment card linked to your wallet. If charging the payment card fails, MobilePay payments cannot be used in the online store.

OP Invoice (A €3 payment method surcharge applies) – A flexible way to pay for online purchases. Available for customers of all banks. With OP Invoice, you can make purchases up to €5,000 and pay them interest-free within 45 days. If you wish, you can split the invoice into multiple installments. Your purchases are displayed in one place, making it easy to keep track of your spending. The credit limit helps you keep spending within your desired limits. You will receive invoices conveniently by email. In our online service, you can view information about your OP Invoice usage and the total amount of your purchases. You can use OP Invoice if you are over 20 years old, financially capable, and have online banking credentials from a Finnish bank. Delivery

Orders are shipped on weekdays. The delivery time for products in stock is usually 3–5 business days. If the products are made-to-order, the delivery time is usually 1–3 weeks. Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method, possible additional services, and the weight and size of the order. You can see the shipping costs in the online store checkout before the final confirmation of the order.

The total production and delivery time for separate custom orders is usually approximately 2–3 months.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details are correct. The customer is responsible for any delivery issues or additional costs caused by incorrect information.

If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported without delay, but no later than within 14 days to the online store. Damaged packages must be reported immediately to the company responsible for the delivery.

Returns

The online store customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with consumer protection law. The customer has the right to exchange or return part or all of the products in the order. Returned or exchanged products must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. If you wish to return or exchange products, please first contact the online store and request return instructions. Please include your name, contact details, and bank account number for any possible refund.

The customer is responsible for the delivery and shipping costs of the return unless otherwise agreed separately. Original shipping costs are not refunded in return cases.

Order cancellation, liability for defects, and complaints

Before the order is delivered, it can be cancelled with a written notice by email.

The online store has a statutory liability for defects in the products sold. In complaint cases, we ask you to contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to submit any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
